Terms and Conditions

1 – ORDERS ACCEPTANCE

All orders are made by placing the selected items in the cart and pressing the check out button which will allow us to receive the list of your necessary spare parts. Below we will contact you providing information regarding the actual availability of spare parts, any discounts applied and the overall shipping cost.

For spare parts not immediately available, you will have the possibility to choose to book.

For booking one or more items, a deposit will be requested to be paid by PayPal or bank transfer and for which you will receive an invoice as a deposit. You can also decide whether to receive all the material in a single shipment or in multiple shipments, but the cost of the latter must be agreed with Italian Mold Lab.

2 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to process all or part of an order received, we will contact you promptly to make the appropriate arrangements and clarify the possible extension of delivery times. The customer is obviously entitled to request partial or total cancellation of the order placed and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid.

3 – DELIVERY TIMES

Generally the order is processed the same day and delivery is expected in approximately 1-4 working days (for Italy) after the shipping day. In the event that we are unable to ship within this period, you will be given prompt notice by email or telephone number if provided.

4 – TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND PRODUCT PRICES

The descriptions relating to the items included in the catalog contain technical information coming from the manufacturers of the objects themselves. Italian Mold Lab will modify and/or adapt such information and further characteristics based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any notice. We also remind you that the images may sometimes differ in some details from the product to which they refer. All prices of the products displayed on the ItalianMoldLab.com website include VAT and all other taxes and are reserved for online sales only. Shipping costs will be indicated separately for each individual order. The total amount charged will therefore be the sum of the prices of the products purchased (in force and published on the site at the time of the order) and the contribution for shipping costs.

5 – DELIVERY

When the goods are delivered by the courier, we advise you to always check that: the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT); the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, by adding the wording ”Goods control reserve” on the appropriate transport document and confirmed immediately by email to the address italianmoldlab@gmail.com

6 – INVOICING

For each order placed online, we will issue an invoice. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided to us is considered valid. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice. The amounts will be reported only in Euros.

7 – PERSONAL DATA

If the customer’s data is incomplete or inaccurate such as to compromise the correct delivery of the products and/or the regular accounting management of the sale, Italian mold lab will contact the customer before processing the order, reserving the right not to accept the order itself.
